But consider:
1. Watermarking
2. Stego stamps
3. If you have raw files or high def images and the claimant does not, that's your proof. Esp if you have metadata on the originals.

Unfortunately, the process is automated (at least on YouTube) so the penalties will hit before the remedy...

...then there are always voodoo curses.
