Hey, open question to people who have wireless earbuds

How do you manage their volume? When I got mine (Klipsch S1) they paired and were pretty loud. Good sound overall. But then after being paired to my android phone for a while they got locked to the system volume and now the sound feels slightly distorted and they're sort of quiet.

Is quiet the norm?
