don't @ me with poorly thought out defenses of a system predicated on denying care.
no amount of people freely using whatever medications and procedures could help them will rival the existing failures of the medical system. known dangerous drugs killing hundreds of thousands, remarketing harmful medications, reformulating drugs to avoid "the patent cliff", and on and on and on.
