In Russia, the word “Slavic” is mostly used for two reasons:

1. Discrimination and racial profiling.
2. Imperialism.

You will often see the word “Slavic only” in a job or an apparent ad in Russia:

“Nice 3-bedroom condo, downtown Moscow, no dogs, Slavs only.”
