@RogerBW they don't always tell upfront. A conference generated photos of all the speakers to put on the badges and didn't tell us upfront for example. Mixed feeling at that time, but what can you do if you weren't warned, it's hard to foresee everything.
But if you have a speaker page, (or better a contract) this can be added there for sure
