Gregory's ServerTor Browser 14.0 has been released, built on Firefox ESR 128. It introduces a “New circuit” feature for Android users and is compatible with Windows 10+ and macOS 10.15+. Older systems will get security updates via Tor Browser 13.5.

in my amateurish opinion :
no matter what with the introduction of microsoft recall, the privacy will still be questionable. I mean TOR browser + windows = nonsense.
