this is definitely not something on my side. recently BeaconDB was blocked in China for some reason, but whatever the problem was has gone away.

@beacondb hmm, I can curl it from my ru server, but still getting timeout from residental ip....

Maybe it's really russian government, because IIRC filtering is much weaker for datacenters :blobcatgooglyholdingitsheadinitshands:
