@stefano we're in a very similar situation. IT manglement has bet the entire house on the "cloud" move. They're dumping millions into a consulting outfit that basically sells them every tool msft have in their azure chest. There's 0 in-house knowledge on how any of this works, and just as little actual requirements. Just fsck around and find out.

Meanwhile there's the boat anchor of over 1k VMs that are supposed to be shifted cloud-side. Financial suicide of the highest order. 🤷
