i am broadly of the opinion that we are more alike to the conditions of the past 300ish years than people think we are, and that the "advances in technology" we've made are broadly just accelerants instead of course-changing, but the socmedia engine makes me doubt that. i don't know if it was good to normalize this level of Knowing About One Another |
