Cool hmm. Just how does it differ from pausing apps via already known mechanisms like the one in @calyxos? The MR says the app is un-installed in the background, interestingly.

@rugk @calyxos @MishaalRahman @fdroidorg Pausing/freezing isn't doing much anymore nowadays. The articles linked from the MR have more info, but archiving essentially is uninstalling while retaining app data.
