In 2020, I divided the total assets reported as owned by the Forbes 400 by the population of the country and got almost exactly ten grand a person. It's probably $20,000 today.
Since then, someone calculated that the top 1% used voodoo economic bullshit to steal $50 trillion from the rest of us. That works out to $150,000 per citizen. $600,000 for a family of four.
The Dems should run on a platform of appropriating some of that wealth and redistributing. Hell, appropriate all of it. What working family wouldn't vote themselves six hundred grand?
