Gregory's Server@EnigmaRotor as it's been for the Swiss government, they just look at the "numbers" or "engagement". And we're not so many, comparing to X or other platforms.
Still, I think a public entity (or similar) shouldn't look at the numbers but at the service and its peculiarities.

@stefano sure, as it was the case with energy providers, postal service, health services and so on. For some unknown reason (💰💰💰) and civilizational changes (“I, I, and I”), it seems like the focus is placed on other buzzword themes. (AI Ai Ai Ai Ai AI).
