I'm not sure how they are distributing the pellets. NYC was using rat poison, but other animals/birds were eating those poison pellets and dying which is why they are going the birth control route. Although I still suspect other animals/birds will eat it, so are there studies that show the effect of rat birth control meds on other fauna?

I mentioned the poison since that was distributed both above ground and below. I suspect the birth control will also be distributed outdoors as well as underground/indoors.
