@mina wow… they do make it hard to sign…. Multiplr errors, vague feedback and had to go back a second time For The registration to actually pick up

Really? I'm sorry to hear that.

The European Commission should be able to do better than that.

However: For me, signing was a thing of two minutes and I had no issues at all.

Yeah, I failed to sign this before. Thing is, I need to certify I haven't signed this before, and I'm not sure. Is there a way to check?
