  @gamingonlinux So the morons admit that "woke" studios focus on gameplay and story over technical novelty. I'll concede the point, sure. @gamingonlinux But Larian Studios have their own in-house engine and #BaldursGate3 is also "woke" apparently. You can't win! :-D  @gamingonlinux Making a game engine is hard, not everyone has the motivation, energy and skill to develop their own game engine, Godot it's a great engine, a lot of developers use already-made game engines, there's nothing wrong with that, come on, this ain't the 90's or the 2000's, Godot is a blessing, it's light, extendable, and not owned and controlled by a company. @gamingonlinux software development stands on the shoulders of giants before us, but whatever that means when you don't respect the giants and what they had to deal with... @gamingonlinux hahaa!! Never thought that engine war would be about woke vs anti-woke.  @gamingonlinux As a recent former moderator for the Godot community for nearly 5 years, there is a lot more going on here than woke. Nat (the community manager) could have ignored the comment as it was already buried but wanted to make a point. Upon following Nat creating the thread, she started to ban people who had nothing to do with this and posted innocent comments. Who are Titanium and Plat supporters, who will now no longer support Godot financially because they said nothing wrong.  @reaply this is a pretty disingenuous take, 99% of the people involved are nothing to do with Godot or Game Dev at all The piece of shit grifter Grummz has been pushing a hate train on the situation, itโs mostly his shithead followers @gamingonlinux Okay, here's the thing, this caused a major controversy and appearently the person who controls the Twitter account blocked a lot of people, incluiding supporters, not even for good reasons, damaging Godot's reputation...
