@askolock @kir4ik52 a surprise? No. But Samsung could cease being such absolute twats and take responsibility. Everything I see about their customer support attitude has ensured I'll never again buy one of their products (last was a smart TV for which software updates were terminated far too early, which again is simple greed and irresponsibility for a company of that magnitude). Textbook example of corporate enshittification, and they deserve to fail.
