Reminder that there is no ethical way to make a billion dollars.

@redsad I’ve worked with a lot of rich people. This is 100% true. And they’ll deny it and say things like: “I built this business from scratch!” @humanhorseshoes @redsad Are you talking about Taylor? I feel like you’re talking about Taylor. 😄 @redsad there should be a slice in there for "being given free shit" too. between interest, inducements and straight out bribes, it's amazing how much being in no danger of running out of money translates into never having to buy your own. (hence all the ire about Anna Sorokin - it's less that she parted rich folk from their money, and more that they'd never have given her a penny if they thought she actually needed it) @redsad I mean, just the fact that s.o. might "own" a billion $ is in itself obnoxious. This is enough to have a family of 100 people living 60 years and still not looking at their expenses cause they have plenty. It should be illegal, just like it is illegal to own and store 1000 lb of dynamite or 10 tigers in your garden : it just makes no sens and it is harmful to others. |
@redsad Maybe there is, who knows. But it won't be quick and it's certainly not ethical to keep it all to yourself 🙂
