You *TOO* can play such exciting games as "Guess the Number" (Hi-Lo) or: ``` @GrantMeStrength that specific book is what got me interested in programming. I got it from the public library bookmobile when it came to my elementary school. It holds a special place in my heart! @GrantMeStrength I have that book somewhere, from when I was a kid! My favorite part is the "No Computer Needed!" banner. @GrantMeStrength Before I managed to get enough money to buy my first computer (age 12, in the 80s) I borrowed every book in the "ADB" section at the local library. I learnt lots about winchester hard disks and punch cards that weren't completely relevant once I got that Atari ST, but it did still satisfy my curiosity for a while :D > "Now I’m ready to learn about this fancy “computer programming” stuff I have heard so much about." @GrantMeStrength just remember: when you open the case, touch the metal chasis before touching any of the electronics!!! You can damage expensive equipment if you don't do that! I don't know if you have to open the case to program the computer, but just letting you know! @GrantMeStrength I borrowed that book from my local library and used my mum's Commodore 64 to try it out |

I also need to get a case like that for my #rc2014
