@ingalls @xssfox @AnOldGuy @arcadiagt5 Some post offices, I know about the US post and the hungarian post has/had a division which worked on delivering the non-standard addressed mail. There is a legend of a mail addressed to "Hunyadi 2" which went through 50+ post offices where there was a Hunyadi road, square, alley, place, terrace, etc. then returned to the sender. |
@ingalls @xssfox @AnOldGuy there’s probably a number of small towns/ rural areas in Oz where that would work too but in this case I was referring to something like “ALCOA” at the post code owned by / assigned to that company being a valid address in and of itself.
