@yogthos try to e-mail staff[@]mastodon.social instead of mentioning an account ๐ @yogthos Ok, this message is displayed to users when their account is set to ยซ limited ยป by moderators. Normally, you should recieve a mail containing the reason / or / an explanation ๐คทโโ๏ธ @ButterflyOfFire apparently the moderators skipped the step of informing me that my account is being limited or providing any justification for doing so @yogthos Sure. Be sure that all moderation actions are logged. $moderator flagged account $userhandle for $reason_note_observation at $date_time. @yogthos No need. Everything is transparent on the moderation / admin backend. Normally, in the new version of Mastodon, you should be able to "Appeal a strike / sanction" via your account. But you recieved no notification ๐ค @ButterflyOfFire ah found it, evidently the mods decided that two of my posts were in violation. I don't remember what the top post was, but the second was a speech Assad gave about NATO that was completely unedited. This seems like malicious behavior on the part of the admins to me. |
@ButterflyOfFire @staff there was never any notification or explanation that I received. I don't post NSFW content, nor do I post anything rude or offensive on my account.
The fact that the staff decided to censor it arbitrarily is rather concerning. This is frankly worse than Twitter staff behavior, and incredibly disappointing.
