@i0null I had that cover, it was nice because it had a clip on the back so you could clip it to your belt or whatever but the phone destroyed it, it literally just fell apart, clear plastic broke, the phone outlived the thing by years despite being run over by a bus at some point @anthropy that's true. TBF the case would have helped protect the keys from dirt in certain environments and it didn't have a top IPX rating like today's phones but damn it was a solid build. @i0null it absolutely was, mine got soaked multiple times and it just powered through, the only thing that really broke was the screen getting more and more faded because of the pads and contacts wearing out, it still exists somewhere in my collection of old phones I think, probably still works too  @Workshopshed @i0null 8 injured 2 dead, cleanup took like 3 days :dragonbros_nod2:   @i0null You laugh now, but feature phones embedding themselves into the ground was a real problem for a while!  @i0null Remember when cellphones were indestructible? I do, but I didn’t own one. By the time I got a phone, the pretty-looking but fragile smartphone had killed off all other devices. A shame; clearly, the art of making anything resistant to everyday usage has become lost knowledge.   @enoch_exe_inc @i0null And the fancier Nokia were quite fragile.  @i0null I still one in the desk drawer. Frankly it was a great phone when released. Better then the Motorola flip which dominated then. The case well not so much. @i0null diese Hüllen hatten ein Gürtelclip. Nicht vergessen.
