this is going to sound like an ad but - in 15+ years - I have yet to encounter a better digital journaling solution than DayOne + IFTTT if you want to comprehensively log what you're doing. seriously doubt any "ai"-powered "alternatives" will offer anything remotely comparable to this "setup" in the near future but I guess we'll see.
