having said that, MDN's explanation there seems a little less than straightforward (or perhaps I'm overthinking it), so just to clarify: when using `content` to inject purely decorative symbols, adding `/ ""` advises assistive technologies to ignore/skip that visual part (equivalent to `<img alt="">`)?
