Looks like IZI is the best operator in Kazakhstan. If you spend 3 hours a day in their app (just leave it on at night with the screen on), you get bonuses that you can convert into GB. 12 days = 10 GB. So you can totally not pay for mobile internet (if you do not waste 10 GB of traffic faster than 12 days, of course).
