@gamingonlinux my Linux desktop pretty much looks like what my Windows desktop looks like.

Standard WIMP interface with menu at bottom. Pinned items for Chrome, Discord, Spotify, VSCode and a terminal.

KDE Neon is sooo user friendly! I don't even think of running Linux anymore, I just use my computer.

@gamingonlinux The Plasma system monitor shows much of the same information, except Plasma system monitor runs in a desktop window.

On a more serious note, I suspect the lack of "industry standard" software like Adobe Photoshop is one huge obstacle to Linux adoption.
