This time, I’ll try to make it stick.
Most people who moved back, I rarely speak to anymore (maybe they quit too? I don’t know).
Maybe my occasional rambling here will attract more civil discussions instead of the blue tick parade.
Anyway, in a vague attempt to brighten up everyone’s day, here’s a house centipede I photographed yesterday. They’re quick little things, being able to run up to 60cm a second!
You really want them around, they hunt for bad insects, like mosquitoes, cockroaches and fire ants.
They’re generally friendly (they happily run onto your hand and sit there), but piss them off and they can bite which feels about the same as a bee sting.
