Now #AI companies say they should scrape our data for free.

tech companies aggressive defend against scraping their data, with technical methods and lawyers, while they claim free access to ours if you're looking for a sense of hypocrisy, know that they have no sense of right and wrong. $$$ for exploitation is their game, and that is all there is to them They think they are the in-group, who the law protects but does not bind. And who says you are not, if you act like it and get away with it?   Ask a lawyer what the remedy is, and for whom, and whether a successful civil case is possible.  @benroyce wow I only remember learning some things about this guy, mostly about Reddit I think. I didn't know that he contributed to @benroyce and pricks (Mustafa Suleyman) from Microsoft openly, shamelessly and publicly state that copyright is just a concept.
