Just found out that several "publishers" have put out dead tree version of my Encyclopedia of Japanese History (from https://www.openhistory.org). #CreativeCommons license, so that by itself doesn't bother me.

BUT, on various web sites, the blurb says that the work is in the #PublicDomain. That is NOT true. It is published under a CC BY SA license.

Also, not sure who "T. S. Wentworth" is, but they seem to have done forwards to literally hundreds of books. Most actually public domain old.
