i've just heard a cool song on radio free fedi, the source linked being a bandcamp page, and in typical corposhit fashion i cannot even play the audio without (temporarily) unhardening the shit out of my setup, not to mention download it

@cyrus @radiofreefedi btw, you should be providing direct download links for recently played songs on the site, so noone's forced to rely on other platforms to listen to these songs again if desired

@chfour @cyrus yeah i figured, still it's dirty to not have a download button
it's also frustrating to have to switch uBO out of medium mode. and to either disable the Tor proxy or pray you don't get blocked... and many sites have it much much worse.
i may be way too paranoid about privacy but damn it the web should allow me to be
