@empathicqubit @halva many ebook readers have build in dictionaries.
Read the original and for every unknown word tap it and the dictionary pops up. It's really fast and fluid. Way faster than going to linguee or dict.cc on your phone.

I use that.
I only have english installed since that's the default on my device
