@keepassxc This maintainer is forcing his preferences onto common users. That's something you should never do as a 3rd party package maintainer. Most common users will end up installing the full package anyway, so this is all just a pointless security theater on his part. Based on his responses to this post/other commenters, he handles criticism quite poorly.

P.S. Since he meddled with the software, he should be responsible for fixing any issues that arise with his minimal version.
