@gamingonlinux that's the thing, I did never experience them, well maybe in 2002 with my mother's laptop (it has a radeon that always showed a black screen when I wanted to play on ubuntu, long story) but it was something my Big Data teacher used to say over & over again: don't ever use AMD stuff, they lack critical things hidden from normal users
