@sarajw love the idea and the domain name! Would love to follow #whimsica11y tag.
I have a genuine #BuildInPublic question.
The context: I see your nav elements and they don't have a link yet, totally cool, it's WIP. I discovered this when I kept clicking and nothing happened, I restarted my browser, still nothing on click, and then I viewed source (on mobile, would have done this sooner on desktop).
Question: does build in public mean prod = dev or prod and dev are both publicly visible?

@shom there's is no dev and prod, it's all just main, and yes immediately online on commit and push.

Edit: don't know if there's any official way to build in public though? This is just my way.

I'm a hobbyist building for hobbyists at this point, even if my job is in web dev :)

I'm sorry the placeholder nav links were confusing though!

@sarajw don't be sorry at all, I was curious what your process was. I love what you're doing (the topic and building in public).

I have a couple (public) branches on my blog's repo as I flesh stuff out. But I don't get back to it because it's in a branch and I'm not motivated to fix/finish things. That's the curiosity behind my question.

Also, one of my branches is implementing littlefoot for pop-up footnotes but I also want it to show at the bottom for a11y, your post was in that sweet spot.

@shom with my personal stuff it all goes YOLO straight to main πŸ˜…

That often means I break stuff but 🀷

@sarajw yes I need to embrace more whimsy in my hobbying ☺

Looking forward to learning more!

@shom of course if this gets very popular and relied upon, I may have to change the way I do things, that's ok too :)
