@gamingonlinux I think there is a lot of potential for arm notebooks and Linux. I feel like Windows just isn't designed for the increasingly complex CPUs, with features like for example different performance and efficiency cores. I really hope there will be as good or even better support than for x86. Now is the time to do the groundwork, and with Qualcomm having a Linux-from-the-start strategy it looks very promising!  |
@gamingonlinux I am curious how an arm laptop boots. Does it use EFI compatible firmware? Or have its own solution? How does it handle boot security? So many questions... 🤔
