It baffles me how cookie banners label the decline button ‘No, thanks’. Who in their right mind would be that chill?

— Hey, we want to track you and sell your data
— No, thanks!

It should clearly be labelled ‘wtf no’

@kytta At least some of them have a "no" button in the menu without any additional clicks. In some bad cookie banners you have to open a sub-menu, scroll pass 300 "interested" companies and then there is a nearly white label on a white background, font size 5 which says "no"

Always funny to see them act like those tracking cookies, for the few requests that make it past uBO, aren't going to be thoroughly ignored

@kytta how about
"Let us track you"
And
"I don't care about your other 1047 partners"

Not Evil

@kytta So many dark patterns. Ex. The "accept all cookies" button is often the only colored option. Or famously

Accept or click here for expanded option where you have to toggle 10 different options.
