What if you're a contract worker who is given proprietary or confidential information and you agree to Adobe's new "AI gets to train on my projects" TOS?

YOU don't have the right to sublicense or transfer that info to Adobe? Talk about a legal minefield. I can't believe Adobe would add this to their TOS. I hope this blows up in their face in a catastrophic way.

Their apps are literal trash anyway. Nothing of value would be lost if they went out of business.
