@gamingonlinux I hate Zotac, their RMA in Brazil is garbage and has multiple times violated local consumer law. In addition, their staff is the rudest I have ever seen. I won't pick up a zotac product if I find it for free

@gamingonlinux All of these gaming handheld manufacturers choosing to use Windows makes me think they are not simply ignoring that Linux exists.

I really think it might be (at least in part) because they lack the technical expertise to support a Linux-powered handheld like the Steam Deck.

Valve, on the other hand, had nearly a decade's worth of experience working on Linux before they successfully released the Steam Deck — unlike their previous attempt with the Steam Machines.
