Gregory's ServerAlright, what’s the deal with every YouTuber doing ad reads for data deletion services? Seemingly everyone got a deal with either #DeleteMe or Aura. I find the idea of such services good, but I’ve never used one nor even investigated them. The amount of creators they sponsor makes them seem *very* suspicious; it’s like VPN and Raycon and Raid Shadow Legends all over again 🤨 Does anyone know what’s up with that?

 @gadgetoid easy! To remove your personal info from services, you have to submit your personal info to a service! Wait… @kytta is this installing plugins to Wordpress to fix Wordpress security all over again? 🤣 Surely there’s a vanishingly small pool of people who’d be interested in deletion services,too. I guess they pop up, advertise hard, try to get acquired before they fall off the end of their cash runway? |
The ads are so present that I’ve noticed them despite using SponsorBlock on all my devices 😂
