We even have small utility trucks patrol the highways who carry some, plus tire patch kits and the like. I think one of our major insurance companies runs them. In another state, I've seen similar run by the department of transportation: http://www.dot.ga.gov/GDOT/Pages/HERO.aspx - they carry fuel cans as well if I remember right.
