Gregory's ServerDON'T TELL PEOPLE TO "GOOGLE IT" WHEN THEY COULDN'T POSSIBLY KNOW WHAT TO SEARCH FOR, OR HOW TO INTERPRET THE RESULTS THEY'D FIND.This is something that a lot of people don't seem to realize. Knowing how to use a search engine to find what you want is a skill. A skill that even some technically literate people don't have. Not only is telling someone to "Google it" or "RTFM" rude, it presumes both a skill set and knowledge of the correct terms to use that many people, especially newbies, don't have.
