@kristinHenry @frozencanuck @seb @anca so, Seb mentioned a notion of "Mastocon" getting instance admins together to talk about these kinds of topics - maybe there are a group of folks in the Bay Area who would want to get a discussion going around this? I'm happy to support, albeit from afar (!) - happy to at least connect you all up as a start here.
