@USBTypeSTeve @keepassxc It's basically the build flag that turns off all network-based features, sadly also including support for SecretService and browser integration. There's also at least one user who claims hardware key support stopped working: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1069743
