Just as a test, I loaded up a browser, with zero ad blocker, and zero network filtering. Basically, a direct, dirty connection to the internet. From there, I loaded up just ONE site, and ONLY the homepage, nothing more. The results are beyond astounding.

NEVER, EVER turn off your ad blocker.

PS: This test was done in Chrome, the top browser. Firefox is definitely better at reigning this in thanks to some internal privacy control.

Chrome's settings were left as they were, Cookie settings and all (where most people leave it)

@Lilyana Are you telling me that ads and trackers non-consensually store cookies? Isn't that like actually not allowed?

@Lilyana suggestions for filtering and the rest on Firefox? (Extensions, set-up, etc...)
