It’s right there in the name. @theresnotime Serverless means secure, distributed/cooperative client-side computing, in the timeline with no large cloud companies. @kandersonus @theresnotime yeah but what if it could also mean: huge-ass fucking servers? wouldn't that be fun? unfortunately this appears to be the only thing my brain is letting me do today. :blobbee_sweat_smile: @theresnotime @phi1997 only now noticed I wrote "severless" instead of "serverless" but w/e :neofox_woozy: @theresnotime The fun fact about "serverless" computing is that if you go to the Wikipedia page for it, it says right in the first paragraph that the term is a misnomer. |
