Familiar, personally, but not ‘normal’ apparently. (Though I suspect our understanding of normality is a bit skewed by caffiene, nicotine, and indoor life in whatever sample formed the basis for a definition. Surely a healthy human wouldn’t waste brain watts by staying awake unnecessarily?) @AzulCrescent can happen if you have too much sugar for breakfast - sugar crash around lunch time leaves you feeling tired @AzulCrescent sometimes this can be caused by low vitamins. Worth a look if its chronic; might just be a bit of a deficiency! @AzulCrescent There are a lot of possible root causes of daytime sleepiness. One of them is sleep apnea. If you have any other apnea symptoms then it could be wise to talk to your doctor and potentially get a sleep evaluation done. |
