I think we will see a fracturing when a significant threshold of people refuse to deal with such things and go elsewhere for their services and products.

 @sarajw Oh yes! While those services still exist. I think that given continued funding, local services will endure the longest as they have a duty to cater to those without access to online services. |
@andycarolan Yeah. Like the last sentence where the local library plays a part again. I hope people start rediscovering local services :)
