@danmccullough I have heard them but have never had the good fortune of seeing them. Such good camouflaging on their part or poor eyesight on my part - not sure which. 😁

@ICareAboutTheWorld 2 summers ago we had 3 Barred Owl babies that the adult would bring by to spend the night in our trees by the bedroom window. They made the most ridiculous penny whistle type buzzy sound ending with an iiipppp. Hope to have them again.
