It'd love to see someone do a video/blog on "gnome tablet vs android tablet". Genuinely curious if the Gnome experience is better (cause tablet android apps often suck)

@thibaultmol @panpantepan maybe too soon to do this kind of test it would be unfair to gnome, android and ios had nearly a decade to make their system. Make a direct comparison would only show (normal) weakness due to gnome mobile being young  @panpantepan @thibaultmol Thanks it would pain me to see gnome being unfairly treated when it's one of the linux system who have the most chance to one day reach public device :) @deflockcom @reinouts @thibaultmol @panpantepan Yes but in my eye gnome really starting to come back in the game when GTK4 + Libadaita where released. Before gnome did not had thing like circle etc that make now the ecosystem of gnome. it’s why i say it's « new » or « recent » |
@thibaultmol hmm, it is up to your needs, and if you are using gnome with mobile patches, im sure that i will make something like that in the future!
