@panpantepan OnePlus 6, to be fair though I haven't tried really using it in a while (about a month or so)  @panpantepan wait... now I'm wondering something... It'd love to see someone do a video/blog on "gnome tablet vs android tablet". Genuinely curious if the Gnome experience is better (cause tablet android apps often suck) @thibaultmol hmm, it is up to your needs, and if you are using gnome with mobile patches, im sure that i will make something like that in the future! @thibaultmol @panpantepan maybe too soon to do this kind of test it would be unfair to gnome, android and ios had nearly a decade to make their system. Before gnome did not had thing like circle etc that make now the ecosystem of gnome. it’s why i say it's « new » or « recent »   @panpantepan That looks great (coming from an iOS user, I honestly would love to use Gnome mobile but haven’t the time nor the phone to install it to). @panpantepan @gnome When it's true that gnome have made (Colosal) improvement over the year i would avoid to say thing like that until it's true and actually on par with apple, what would happen if someone take you seriously try ans finish disapointed and publicise how bad his test was ? For example in your video i've seen 10 problem (witch is normal since it's a recent system and the dev are surly aware of it and work to fix it).  btw, unlocking this tablet is such a painful experience, as you will need to have an one month old xiaomi account, then use a windows pc to use their official app, and wait for a week or two weeks, but, the final result it's very nice to use :DD @panpantepan  @panpantepan I haven't tried #postmarketos on a tablet yet but have done on a phone - is that Tuba you're running for fedi? @panpantepan Now getting this to run on a OnePlus Tab would be great....and maybe a OnePlus 11 too and I'll be happy! @panpantepan does the clock have to be on the left on the tablet or can it be centered like normal gnome? @panpantepan@ohai.social I have this tablet too (Mi pad 5) once it goes EOL I'd wanna get GNOME in it (though idk if it will support stylus and whether or not the hardware support will get better by then (it's already pretty good))  @panpantepan Wow, it' s really cool!  @panpantepan it has to be said that you shouldn't rely on apple devices on a daily basis or in production  @panpantepan my eyes hurt for all the wasted space. @panpantepan If only my mobile data (& wifi) experience was stable and Pipewire wasn't quiet as hell, then I could probably use linux on mobile, for now I have to stick with android 😔
