But fraud happens 24/7!
I want to be notified the minute my card is used without authorisation. If I have to wait until the morning, that just gives scammers more time to exploit me.

@Edent Agreed, contact you straight away… put a freeze on the accounts… then sort it out when the bank opens … you can meet in person, verify your identity … with someone who likely has seen you at the bank before thus already knows you somewhat.

The problem here is they think "the app" can replace "the branch". It can't.

The scam works because neither person knows the other … there's a computerised firewall in between, that makes identity fraud easy.
